1. Squat
Do a squat exercise for three minutes, every afternoon in one week. This exercise helps build muscle in the buttocks, thighs and hips look more toned. If you want the results appear more quickly, to do with lifting weights. But the burden should be tailored to your ability. For early-onset, you should do exercise in the fitness instructor supervision.

2. Uphill running in place
Walking on the ground or an uphill road about 15-20 minutes each day, will help you get beautiful feet quickly. You can invite friends or family to walk more enjoyable event.

3. Cardio Exercise

4. Bleacher Running

6. Jump
Stretch both legs up parallel to your shoulders, then bend your waist until near the floor (like a squatting position). Then jump as high as possible with both hands upward. Was landed in a squat position (squat with your abdominal muscles inward and the back tilted forward 45 degrees). Repeat 12 times.

With exercises like the above can make your sexy legs , if done routinely.
